12x18 Epson Archival Print ~ Numbered Edition ~ $200.00 plus sales tax

Photographed January 2005
Santa Cruz Mountains

The fractal patterns found in seamlessly endless rows of naked vines mesmerize me. I can stare at a spot, then take 10 steps in either direction and find something completely different. I shot this while wine tasting at the historic Burrell School. The vines, to me, are confused souls finding no warmth from an obvious source, pleading for the return of the sun’s warmth on a hazy cold gray day.
